Ålborg - September 2008
The first day was planned as a workshop to exclusively present and discuss 2 pilot projects. Umeå and Tromsø presented their projects to the network.
On the 25th and 26th the seminar consisted of three main themes:
- Performative city space
- Aalborg as an experience city
- The university and the City
At the seminar, lectures by Hans Kiib University of Aalborg and Trevor Davis Copenhagen International Theatre and Århus Cultural Capital 2017 gave inspiring and radical inputs to the network.
Several employers from Aalborg Municipal introduced the network to methods and planning processes within Aalborg. Three Vice Chancellors from University of Aalborg, University of Malmö and University of Tromsø made an introduction to the theme ‘University and City’. This theme will point towards the network seminars planned in the spring 2009.
